Chichester Harbour Conservancy
8th February 2018
Pheasant class’ recent trip to Chichester Harbour Conservancy and Chichester County Hall was a treat for all concerned. A beautiful winter’s day greeted the children at the harbour where they got into role (as conservationists, ramblers and even government officials) and went on a fabulous geographical learning walk in the local area. The children then wrote their own proposal about the topical issue of Britain’s “Coastal Pathway,” using all of their learning from their most recent Learning Journey on debating. A trip to County Hall followed, where the class excelled at showing off their debating skills, impressing everyone with their maturity and thoughtful points of view. A class of budding politicians, perhaps?
Well done Pheasant Class on a fabulous day of learning.
